mac problems please help

ok here is how i've installed everything, i'm on a mac pro btw. downloaded installed to default dir both horde and alliance. this was installed using the main admin account. I then switch to my sons account now for some reason the zygor guide does not remember the last step he was on. Now either does any of the other addons. So there must be a permission setting that needs to be set. His user account is set to Standard. I've not had my mac for very long so not sure where to start. thanks all.

ok all is fixed, problem was with the permissions. I reset everything to read and write to all users and we are good. So if anyone runs into this type of thing that is where the fix lies.
