Hey guys,

i just bought Zygor Guide 1-80 Alliance. I hope it'll be a great experience .
Actually I'm waiting untill I can download the Guide.

How long does it take normally from the moment you buy the Guide - to the moment you're able to download it?

(Sorry, I'm not as conform with english as I want to be )

I didnt wait at all. It was like 1 or 2 minutes, before I was able to download it.

But every time I try do start the ZygorGuides_Updater (I was downloading it in the MemberChip Area) it says ''Error during login: Input string was not in a correct format''.

What can I do, do install the Alliance Level Guide 1-80 that i bought?

If i try to download the all in one package, it says that my Leveling Guide - Alliance is alrdy included:

All users that uses Zygor's updater right now will get the error till the devs have fixed this. In the mean time you can use the manual installation.

Click the All-in-one download section in the members area. Then go to Manual Installation Package and click the Download now for either PC or Mac. Then unzip the folder and put in your \World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns.

Yes, right now everyone has a problem with the client. Follow the instructions here for a manual installation until the log in problem is fixed: http://www.zygorguides.com/help/manual.php
