Cant find or dowload Horde guide

Ive been stuck trying to find the horde guide that ive bought and ive been struggling with it for a few hours. Could someone give me a little help, I sent an email yesterday and got no asnwer back please help me or atleast give me a refund, and I am using a mac.

Sorry you are having a hard time right now.
I'll start with some basics, and you're in luck... I use Mac as well.

Did you go into the members section and enter your user name and password?
Did you select the all-in-one download link?
Did you select the Apple logo for the manual download marked "Download Now?"
If you had the trial version, did you remove those files (anything with Zygor name) from the macintosh HD/WOW/Interface/Addons folder?
Once you downloaded the file, did you open it and move the two files into that above mentioned addons folder? (if you just moved the downloaded folder, the system cannot recognize and use that folder. Has to be the two internal folders.)
