What is the best raid healing talent build for priest?

Most of what I see in trade chat for priest heal requests are for Disp builds.

Thats about the best I can offer since my priest is only 31 now.

The primary difference between the 2 builds is that Disc is more focused on single target tank healing and Holy is more focused on multiple target group healing. I'm not positive on end game raiding and what raids are really looking for, but I believe they generally use a priest for tank healing and use druids/shamans for keeping the rest of the raid alive.
