Wanted to check to make sure I understand something correctly. To get the frost emblem rewards only the first heroic dungeon of the day has to be random. After that you can choose specific heroic dungeons and still get emblems of triumph.

Is that correct or does everything have to be random?

Yes, You get 2 frost in the first RAndom HC of the day.
You will not Get the bonus 2 Triumph emblems when Completing specific dungeons
In Specific dungeons you will get Triumph emblems when you kill a boss
