    Last month I bought the horde version of the guide. Tonight I logged in and went to the members area and under add products or upgrade I selected "Zygors Alliance 1-80 Version 2.0 In-Game Guide" I paid for and recieved a confirmation Order Number: HMN2BVLE

    When I go into the members area all in one download section it has me listed with:

    Contents for your membership include:
    •Zygor Guides Viewer addon
    •Zygor Leveling Guide - Horde
    •Zygor Leveling Guide - Alliance (TRIAL) - click to upgrade
    •Zygor Dailies and Events Guide - Alliance (TRIAL) - click to upgrade
    •Zygor Dailies and Events Guide - Horde (TRIAL) - click to upgrade
    •Zygor Talent Advisor addon
    •Zygor Talent Builds
    When I click up upgrade it just wants me to buy it again.

    How long does it take to reflect my purchase?

    Normally the process is fairly quick. If after another hour or so you still don't have access to the Alliance guides send an email to zygor @ zygorguides.com (remove the spaces).
