well i think i was hacked :(

i cant log in to wow now and its says theres anuthenicator on my account when i didnt have one b/c i took the mobile one off b/c my phone was screwn up with it
i went on my mobile armory and i got like 90silver on each toon when i had like 20k gold between my 4 mains and there gear is gone(not to mention i had over 100 epic gems not cut on my pally)

That sucks. I got my account hacked once. I was fortunate to get all of my stuff back.

I have actually read quite a few posts on the WoW forums about people getting accounts hacked and the hackers placing authenticators on them.

I hope the damage isn't too bad and you get your account back soon.

Don't email, Call them. Email will take forever. Calling, you might have a long hold time, but they can get most of it fixed over the phone.

I took a look at the guild bank and it hasn't been picked clean.

I am not sure if my submitting an in-game ticket will do any good, but I have tried and am waiting for a response back from a gm. No telling how long that will take.

When I was hacked, it took a couple of days to get my account back. Being that they are probably trying to catch up after getting blitzed over RealID last week it might be at least that long before you get your account back.

I had an email in my Junk Folder regarding a faction change for a toon I do not have. A quick check of the Blizzard forum shows it to be a scam email and clicking a link within it would most install a keylogger.

I don't see a point in clogging up the forum with messages between us, so if I can help in anyway send me a pm here and I will do what I can.

I bought an iPhone 4 to replace my tired old 1st gen iPhone. It died in two weeks -- wouldn't power on. Got a quick replacement from local Apple store then came the problems. Blizzard authenticator tagged to the phone. Yup -- no old phone, no removal online. 7pm Pacific Saturday July 3rd. Called Blizzard billing "press 1 for English, 2 for Spanish".

20 minutes or so later -- "Hi, my name is Sarah, how may I help you?"
explained everything, broke out my original installation CDs to provide the 1st block of the serial number. She reset (removed the old authenticator, added the new one -- different serial number due to phone change), then stayed on the phone with me until I had successfully logged in.

Bottom line -- don't use email. Call the Billing office. They come to work early but are only there until 8pm Pacific but I can't say enough good things about the assistance they gave me.

I checks my mobile armory and my gaer is homers and my gold so I no I was hacked.
So I now no it's not an issue on my half

This just happened to me too not that long ago. Hopefully you can get somewhere with calling them, but I was told they no longer handle those situations and you must use the e-mail procedure to contact anyone to help. All in all I was down a total of 14 days, but at least everything was returned to me including things that were taken from the bank of one of the guilds I'm in. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you're not without WoW as long as I was.
