Is this guide Worth Dealing with SIS?

Yesterday I rememberred that in 2008 I purchased Zygor guide. That was before it was in-game format. Apparantly my password still works so I figured I would give it a go. I don't know what I didn't do correctly but the guide did not adjust to my character's level. Now see testimonials of people having issues with SIS, and how it has a tendency to cause problems.

Is this guide best if you only use it from start to finish and don't do any instances or pvp which would result in unscheduled experience?

The SIS normally does a very good job and it's only minor issues that get reported. For every person that reports a problem with SIS there are probably at least 1000 that don't have an issue.
