Cleanup of the Forums?

I know it's distasteful work. However, There is so much outdated, and therefore useless junk in the forums that their usefulness is vastly diminished. In particular, there are "sticky" threads that have absolutely NO bearing on the present version of the guides.

It would be helpful, particularly for new comers, if this deadwood was removed.

Not to mention the many repeats of

"SIS not working"
"Zygor Guides are a con/scam because I didn't read that SIS wasn't working"
"The Alliance SV guide said to click on the horde wingrider keeper and I got killed"
"The alliance SV guide said report to the *bleep* instead of the ship, LOL!"

And many more...

But yeah, lots of stuff needs to be closed, locked, allowed to expire once CATA and v3.0 go live.
