Account Disabled?

I can log in to my account, I even bought the new cata guide, but when i try and go into members area, it says my account has been disabled? What's going on?

Also, it shows that I am "logged in" on the top of the page (with my real name), but when I go to forum it has my membership name (Crazyfists).

And just to add it here too, I downloaded the guide but all I got was a 1-60 guide and dailies. Many people with the same problem, and it's almost time to play Cataclysm. I sure as hell hope this is fixed by the time 00:01 EU server time or I would like half of my money back at least.

Your account was automatically locked by our system. It looks like many different people have logged into your account just today, since we released Version 3.0.

Don't let other people log in to your account to download the guides. If your account becomes locked again for this reason, it will not be unlocked again.

WHAT!?!! There has been no one logged in except for me? I just logged in now to download, and tbh, I didn't know one could do that. Can't you put a block on other IP addresses except for mine? I will go change my password and what not now...
