Cant install Updater

I download the updater to my desktop and when i attempt to run it it says its topped working so I have to manualy reisntal my zygor guide from time to time, and i have no idea when there is a new version of zygor. If anyone can help me figure this out i would be greatful.

What operating system are you using? Some versions of Windows will require you to right click the Zygor client icon on your desktop and select Run As Adminstrator. If the client has trouble downloading make sure your firewall is not preventing it from connecting. You also need to have Microsoft .net Framework 2.0 installed on your computer for the client to work. You can get that here:
