cant run the updater

I download the updater to muy desk top and open as admin and it says " this program has stopped working"? i need that upater working properly, whats my problem?

I used the link, downloaded the 2.0 and it still says " this program has stopped working" and closes when i attempt to install the updater, I have to manunally install the guides, sort of a pita. Whate else can I do?

What operating system are you using? Typically the reason it would say that is because you do not have the Microsoft .net Framework 2.0 installed. Did you restart you computer after installing?

when i go to install 2.0 it says " this product is already installed" OS is windows vista home premium.

OS: windows vista home premium. I followed the link you gaver me and installed the 2.0, then restarted my comp and still when i click the installer i get a message that says " this program has stopped working"
