Just upgraded for 1-80 to 1-85

I just upgraded for 1-80 to 1-85 and download the guide form the download access button after the purchase. My guide has not update and is showing as an update vers 3.0.1577. Please help.

When you did your upgrade, did you do it from in the Members Area?

Also, make sure when you run the Updater to click the Settings button and ensure your username and password are in the proper boxes. After doing that try clicking the Repair button.

Updated from members area. I've been doing updates as you have every 2-6 hours for days now. I've done the repair also. I will do it again to satisfy you. but it's not working.

If you log into the Members Area and click the all-in-one download link, what guides are listed below the buttons?

For example I see this:

Mine does not say CATA, why?

It looks like the system has not processed the upgrade yet. This would explain why you're not getting the guides with the Updater. The only advice I can give right now is to give the system an hour or two to see if that page starts to show the Cata stuff and then if it doesn't send an email to zygor @ zygorguides.com (remove the spaces) along with your Clickbank order number for the upgrades. He'll get you fixed up really quickly, but he just went to sleep so it won't be for a few hours at the earliest.

Oh, one other thing I just thought of. Did you already own the Dailies guides? Some people have accidentally hit the Dailies purchase bundle instead of the Leveling upgrade bundle.

Yes, I already owned the Daily guide, I confirmed with my bank, I paid $50 for the upgrade. If I need to pay in downtime (the 1-2 hours) for you guys to recognize the service that I paid for, then we need to talk about that. The service does not say anything about an hour wait.

The current version is 1577.

However $50 is not the price to upgrade the Leveling guides for Cata. $50 is the bundle price to purchase the Dailies & Events guides for both faction when you don't already own them. The Leveling guide upgrade is $30 for the both factions combined. Did you receive any kind of receipt in your email from either Zygor or Clickbank?

You are right... Apparently I have the dailies and Events bundle. But I clicked the bundle package. How do I fix this?

My purchase was to be the leveling guide with bonuses, plus the daily guide which is why I got the price of $50.
