Goto your World of Warcraft folder. Go into Interface. Go into Addons. And see if these two folders are in there ZygorGuidesViewer and ZygorTalentAdvisor.

Ok, so you downloaded the Zygor client, after the download finished did you run the client?

Ok, go to the folder where you saved that Zygor download and double click on the download.

Hit the settings button. Make sure your username and password are in the boxes for them. If your password has special characters like %$#!@ then you need to change your password in the membership page because the updater dosen't like them. After the username and password are in the boxes click ok. Then click repair and click ok.
