I'm not sure it needs to be there, either.

For instance, I wanted to report a "dead link" on your web site, but chose to post it on the forums, instead. I didn't want to waste the time hunting for that order number, merely to address an issue which had nothing to do with my purchase account, etc.

It seems to me, that if an issue which required that info came up, then somebody at Zygor could simply ask the person for it when/if it was necessary. That's especially true after I've already logged in with my passworded account.

No big deal. It's just frustrating.
