Cannot find guide

Cannot find guide 1-60 (13-20)

Since I updated today to the most recent update it cannot find the step 126 I was on when doing the 13-20 part. I did a repair and it still cannot find the 13-20 part of the guide.

I am a level 19 Goblin in Ashara. Not sure what to do. Should I just forget the guide and do all the quests here and then start again else where another level or will it be fixed?
