Do you by chance have characters in your password that are not letters or numbers? Stuff like <>,"!@#$%, etc. If you do that can cause issues. You'll want to log into the Members Area here on the website to change the password to just letters and numbers if you have any of the 'special' characters.

Thanks for the reply. I got it by deleting all the folders in the addon folder. I then had to rename one file that would not delete and then reinstall and that solved the issue. Thanks
