WOTLK/CATA bugs/problems

Alot of problems I have found but mainly minor ones. It may be something to do with SIS or Dynamic Progression but in the guide for Cata the Twilight Highlands SIS/Dynamic Progression dose not work. I dont believe its a problem with them just the guide itself. It says the level is for 80's during questing so I think this is causing problems with SIS/Dynamic Progression. Should be a simple fix really.

And second bug is the guides wont progress from WOTLK to Cata once the last step is completed just says the guide is now complete. Not a guide breaker just something I wanted to through in.
