    Alliance & Horde Cataclysm Dailies & Events Guide Package

    i have paid for this but it dose not show up from me to download or and as usable under my members tab. any one have an idea?

    All you should have to do is in the updater make sure your username and password are in the settings and then click repair. After you do that list the guides it shows here. Mine is this:

    Zygor Guides Viewer addon
    Zygor Leveling Guide - Alliance
    Zygor Leveling Guide - Alliance (Cataclysm)
    Zygor Leveling Guide - Horde
    Zygor Leveling Guide - Horde (Cataclysm)

      ok i have don this but still shows my event guilds as trial

        Ok try this go into your World of Warcraft AddOns folder find the folder named ZygorGuidesViewer and ZygorTalentAdvisor and delete them. Then go back into the updater and click Install and see if that changes it.

          still no luck, but when i check my members tab it still asking me to by it instead of having a check mark like my lvling guild dose. could it be that it has not been flagged as paid for yet

            Normally the members page should update fast and let you download the purchased guides.
            You can contact Zygor directly by sending an e-mail to zygor @ zygorguides.com (remove spaces) with your invoice ID.

              thank you all for the help i have sent a message to support as well as the email in you post above i beleave there may have been an error in the processing of my payment and the web sit. hopefully everything will be set right in no time

                I too have the same problem, but I hear the response time and support of Zygor is great, I sent them an e-mail too now, and hope it works out, the levelling guide was great, can't wait for the gold one especially!
