Upgrade not letting me download cataclysm leveling.

As with many other posters on here, purchased the Cataclysm leveling upgrade, but it hasn't let me download it.

Checked the updater, username/password are correct, also tried updating, and also repairing, none of which worked.

Hopefully we can get this resolved soon so I can finish leveling
