    Ive paid for the Horde Guild but saying im still on trial-

    What do i have to do ive repaired it and reloaded it but says ive got the alliance ones but still trial for horde.. outrageous lol. thanks for any help.

    There seems to be a problem with the websites ordering process.

    Go to this link and submit a form to support.

    Be sure to have your clickbank receipt number ready and all that.

          Email Zygor @ Zygorguides.com (Remove the spaces) With your problem, and your clickbank receipt number.

          It's pretty late, so he may or may be asleep, and you may need to wait a few hours.

                Yeah, Support wakes up and starts hitting the emails about 9am Eastern time and they've been having a lot of these being reported so it may take a few hours after that depending on how many emails they have to go thru this morning. Don't worry, they will get it resolved as soon as they can.

                  Hi,

                  I will put a support ticket in as well as it won't recognise my purchase at all either. Not sure if you have a problem with your site as it looks like a few of us are having the same problem. I will send off a ticket with all the relevant information but I hope this can be rectified asap as it is frustrating but understandable that there can be hickups etc and you do have the best product on the market hands down and I have paid for them all and none come close to your product and service.

                    Yeah, please use the link in the 2nd post to submit your order info for Support to get it fixed when he's awake. The team are trying to figure out why the website is giving problems with processing orders but there is currently no ETA on when it will be fixed. Hopefully soon as I'm sure Support is starting to go cross-eyed with getting accounts fixed all day long.

                        We see your account should be active now. Try updating and/or repairing your Zygor Installer for this to take place. Let us know if you still need help.

                            If you made the purchase twice, you should have 2 receipts showing this. Let us know if you still have this problem, your account should be active now too.

                              Yeah I'm having the same problem. I ordered the horde leveling guide and the horde daily guide. I got the daily guide but no leveling guide. Thx
