Account Disabled???

Hi There,

I have purchased the cataclysm 1-85 upgrade and dailies for my existing 1-80 guide and its not available for me to download. The client doesnt show any upgrade for me. To make things worse, I'm logged in, but it wont let me go to the members area by telling me that my account has been disabled at the login page, however, at the top right it says ""welcome Karel"" and ""Log-Out"", which means im in, but cant access the download page.

I have sent an email to both support and zygor @ zygorguides.com with my citybank receipts for my purchase, but feel i need to post here too.

You already did the right thing, you just have to wait a bit as it currently is in the middle of the night in the US and Zygor and his team are probably sleeping.

Nope... still says "your account has been disabled" preventing me from going to the members area... Further more, the client still doesnt show any update available...

Srry for the headache... I realise its early hours in the US...
