    Bought Horde Guide had Alliance Guide can't Download Horde Guide.

    Title says it all. I tried a repair and it doesn't work. I sent in the info via the 'contact' link.

    Please activate my horde guide.

    You did the right thing with using the Contact link. They'll get it fixed as soon as they can.

          Still no activation. That's ok, I somehow lost some boa gear so I'm farming it. I'll be upset in a while though D=

            If this problem has been going on for a week, something should have been done by now . . . and by reading the forums, it looks like the problem has been going at least that long... ;(

              If they haven't figured out why it's happening then they can't fix it. Last I heard they were still trying to figure out why it's happening so they can fix it. Believe me, the last thing they want to be doing is constantly having to adjust accounts by hand to take care of orders and upset the customers.
