Alright, so over the past 5 days, or so, we've been battling a fierce
dragon. There was an issue with our web server throwing a tantrum
and not wanting to talk to our payment processor's web server.
The problem was being super sneaky and it took a lot longer to fix
than we had originally expected. But we've done it, we are victorious!
Dragon slain. End of story.
But really...
There were still many of you who hadn't had their products activated
in our system for a few days, and were not able to download and use
your guides that you paid for.
Sorry about that!
However, we are now processing batches of orders, so you should be
able to download and use your guides very soon, if not already.
Again, our apologies for the inconvenience and we'd really like to
thank everyone for being super patient with us while we worked to
get this resolved.
More news on the way very soon regarding New SIS, so stay tuned. :-)
