Zygor Guide Updater Doesn't Open

Disregard... it opens when I click "Run as Administrator"

I just reloaded this machine and the Guide Updater no longer opens once I've reinstalled it. I do know how to get my updates manually but I thought the devs should know. No error screens of any kind are shown, it just hangs and takes up about 30% of my CPU.

I'm running Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit with all current windows updates, if that helps.
