Turned in > Thieving little Monsters!
Accept > "Trouble at the sludge fields"

Problem is there is no exclamation mark above his head after you turn in the 2 quests! So you can't accept "trouble at the sludge fields"

I checked my updater and it is all up to date so if no one else is reporting a problem maybe its just a glitch of some sort

Anyways, that's it.
