Once downloaded, I attempt to run but get an error "unable to find a version of the runtime to run this applicaiton". I have .netframework 4, what version do I need for this application?

Zygor has always said version 2.0 of .NET Framework. Maybe un-install your 4.0 then install 2.0 and run the Windows Update to bring that up to 4.0?
