Shadowlands levelling

Im not sure if im being daft or not but is there a way to only do the main zone quests in shadowlands through the guide and avoid all the optional ones?

I looked for this too and didn't find it. Would be a great option! ie - Campaign only quests.

Yes, story only guides have been added and fully tested.
