Reset Guide viewer position

My guide viewer was stuck at the top of the screen, and couldn't drag it down although it was unlocked.
The easiest way to reposition this I found was to do the following:-
Right-click your zygor guides icon on the minimap. In the guide viewer tab, drag the viewer size to max, make sure the lock viewer box is unticked, and use your mouse at the top of guide and drag it to the position you require. Re-size it and click lock viewer again.

You can also just go into Guide Viewer settings and click "Reset windows".

Can the guide be completely reset?

To reset the guides do the following.

1. exit WoW
2. go to the WoW/_retail_/Interface/Addons folder and delete the ZygorGuidesViewer folder
3. go to the WoW/_retail_/WTF/Account/<your account name here>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
