Way Points & Ant Trails

Hi all,

Is there any wat to make the ant trails (way point) follow a more accessible route? Done a few chars now to lvl 60 using the guide in all shadowlands zones and many of time its sent me on a route i cant pass without making a decent detour not knowing i cant pass through or jump over certain areas

We are looking into this a bit more but there is no way for users to create dead zones.

This is my beef too. It's coming up to 8 weeks since Shadowlands release and there has been none or little improvement to the directions we are getting, no follow this road/track, just an arrow pointing in a specific direction with the distance, and that distance has been like 1.5 km. It's directions as if we had flying. Often there is a mountain range between you and your destination and or waves of elites. I don't know how many quests I have given up on because I can't find a suitable route.
While I'm about it treasures also have poor guidance, only saying what the requirement is for the final step, which is totally worthless information.
