Why does the guide tell a WW monk to select the token for an OFF HAND ITEM?

That is ONLY good for MW monks?

I followed your guide and now I am screwed out of a good weapon! THANKS A LOT!!! For clarification on the token it was the one you get in Shadowlands after completing the covenant questline. How has this not been fixed after over a year of expac time? Am I the first to find this HORRIBLE mistake?

Night Fae questline an I believe it is step 410 where you turn in the quest and the guide highlights which item is best to choose. It told me to select the Apogee Anima Bead but it SHOULD have told me to take the other since I am WW and no MW!

That would have been the gear system and not the guide. The gear system gives recommendations based on what you currently have equipped and what you have set in the Item score section of the settings.
