wormhole toy not used for travel

Longtime user,

Recently had to reset the profile and since then, travel does not detect the wormhole toy for engineers. I do have "use items" checked. I have checked/unchecked it multiple times, also moved the slider for speed/comfort without success.

Any settings i can toggle/change to correct this?

Do you have the toy in your bags?

I do not have the toy in my bags, however prior to reset i did not have it in my bag either.

Try putting it in your bag to see if the travel system suggests using it. If it does suggest using it after it's in your bags then get rid of it again to see if it continues to use it. It might just be that the travel system is not seeing that you have it and putting it in your bags should fix that.

I'll try this, but i don't typically have it in my bags to save space as it is in the toys tab. Also, since reset, zygor does not detect if my cov has the oribos portal from the cov travel building.

Hmm, have you used the portal since the reset?

Yes, i've used the portal and the toy many times, however zygor does not detect them for travel options. Prior to reset zygor picked up both without issue.

I will pass this over to our dev team to investigate. Which covenant are you part of that the portal isn't being suggested?

Today the cov oribos portal is working, WM toy still not.

So for this issue we believe it's because the wormhole toy has an Engineering requirement and we can only check your professions when you open your tradeskill window. Since you reset it most likely forgot your professions so you'll need to reopen the window again. Please let us know if that fixes the problem.
