Just want inform to draenor is really bad and not updated. GPS often just show look at map, and on the map nothing.
Skining guide too old I turn on and is says to I must be at least 90lvl

oh sorry i cant tell you right now. but it was with garison i think.

Any way i need help with other quest. is ice mamot mount guide. 110 step on guide. is says to there i need take quest but there is noting

If it was garrison that would make sense. Blizzard turned the garrison into an instanced area and they do not allow arrows to work inside the instanced areas. So when you go into the garrison the arrow will just freeze and not work and will sometimes just say to look at the map instead.

For that quest try leaving the area and then go back. Sometimes a quest doesn't show up until after you leave the area and then go back.

Are you at least level 10, used the Chromie Time guide to select the Legion time line, and have you done your class Intro & Artifact guide?

That is missing because you seem to have skipped some quests. Please load the guide at step 1 and make sure no quests have been missed.
