for the last few days ive noticed that whenever I'm questioning in zereth mortis and either complete a task or go through a portal or kill a rare, the guide randomly opens a new tab telling me to hearth to sinfall and complete a revendreth task. i have deleted all other guides and it still does it, I have deleted all the zygor folder in the interface folder, and it still does it, I have uninstalled everything and deleted addons related folders and it still does it.

Try wiping the Zygor settings. Exit the game, go into the wow/retail/wtf/account/<your account name>/savedvariables folder, and delete the 2 Zygor files in there. Then go in game and see if it does it again.
