Some guides are showing as in Trial Mode?

    Some guides are showing as in Trial Mode?

    I am trying to load guides and I noticed some are greyed out and says not for trial version. I am an elite member so not sure why it would say this. On top of this some guides will not auto load when going into a dungeon. I did reinstall the addon just to see if that may be the issue.

    Try doing a full guide reset.

    1. exit WoW
    2. go to the WoW/_retail_/Interface/Addons folder and delete any Zygor folders
    3. go to the WoW/_retail_/WTF/Account/<your account name here>/SavedVariables folder and delete the Zygor files in there
    4. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
    5. go back in game to test and see if that fixed it

          Also having the same issue, specifically the "Boosted Characters" guides under Shadowlands

            The same here. Can't access the guide for the Ghostlands ("Zygor elite guide. Not in trial.") Did all the steps above.

              Are you looking at guides on the Featured page or on the Home page? Can you post a screen shot of where you are trying to load the Ghostlands guide from?

                    I did them already after I discovered this thread, but it didn't help. - Strange enough, there are no further guides after Stonetalon Mountains (20-21). All are grey and "Not in trial". - The client knows that I paid for the membership.

                    Client version 4.4.13 / viewer version 2.1.27745 / WoW Classic TBC/WotLK Content v. 2.1.27745 is correct I suppose. - After loading, it says "773 guides are loaded."
                    Don't have any other addons in the classic and/or WotLK.

                      OK, it works now. Had to delete not (or not only) the files in "(...)/_retail_/...", but also in "/_classic_/" and "/_classic_era_/". Silly me that I didn't get it earlier...

                        Same problem here. As an elit member its frustrating to see several guides in grey.
                        I tried to reboot as you described it in post #2 but it didn't change anything.

                          Those are just broken links on the Featured page. Click on Home at the top and you can manually load the guides from that section.
