Cant Canel Sub, says waiting on support

as the title says, I cant cancel my sub. says the request has been sent to support but nothing else.... has been around an hour now....

when does live support open if anyone knows, need to get in touch with them if this is not handled

Cancellation submissions are normally processed within 12 hours 7 days a week. There generally is no live support on the weekends.
