cant upgrade guides

when i try to upgrade my leveling guides from mop to wod it gets stuck at the payment page and just says:
"There was 1 error on the page: Your order was not approved. (2)"
ive tried both payment methods and to no avail.
a response is appreciated.

I just want to say I have just ordered Professions & Achievements WoD upgrade and I got a receipt via email from clickbank but I still got an error on your site. (this was not clickbank's end). The error message said you were notified so perhaps there is no problems anymore.
