Is the client actually required?

For various reason I won't go into, I have switched from Windows to Linux for my operating system. World of Warcraft works beautifully, but I cannot get the Zygor client to reliably run within Wine. Is it possible to get the guides without the client? I can find copies online in various locations, but I want to get it officially or not at all.

I do not have a Windows machine I can install it on and then copy it over. I need to be able to download the guides directly to the Linux machine and put them in the right directory. All I use and am interested in are the retail guides. Thanks.

There is also a linux client that you could probably use. It's not officially released but I believe it is still working for the linux users. https://zygorguides.com/forum/forum/...3-use-on-linux

Awesome. Thank you. So far, the linux client is working beautifully (actually works better than the Windows one was previously, but that is likely machine related). Thank you for the help.
