signed up for elite but app showing trial

    signed up for elite but app showing trial

    hi all, after a bit of help, I've just signed up for a monthly sub and my account says active and elite, but the app says trial and i only have the starter guides, I've tried clean installs, repairs and updated nothing seems to work.

    any helpUntitled1.png would be appreciated

    Try right clicking on the small Z icon in the task bar tray near the date/time and select Exit. Then use the desktop shortcut to restart the client.

      tried that and it's still saying membership trial in the app

        Log out of the app and then log in again. If that does not work then uninstall the app and download a fresh installer to reinstall the app.

          i have tried all that but i think the issue might be that i have renewed my licence, so I've just downloaded the guide files manually and its all working now, guess ill have to keep an eye out for changelogs cheers all the same

            Make sure your antivirus isn't blocking stuff with the desktop app as well.
