ok, I have an active sub, I had to reinstall my wow and zygor. Now my zygor has nothing in the main window and doesnt show up in my game. I told it where the directories are but I have nothing.

If you mean the desktop client try uninstalling it with the normal Windows uninstall tool then download a fresh copy of the client installer from the members area to reinstall the client to see if that gets it working.

Samething happened here. Uninstalled from Windows uninstall tool, reinstalled fresh .exe as well as deleted old one. Reset workstation, still an empty main window.

Would like to post a screen shot but for some reason cant. it has product, installed, latest, status at the top but nothing else in the window, it shows my elite status, options, and the updates bar at the top. Not much else.

bouncybecca just want to check on a few things.

1. What is the name of the file you ran to install the client?
2. If you exit the client and restart it does it then show the products on the right side?
3. What happens if you click on Check for updates at the top?
4. Do you only have the TBC game installed or do you also have retail and/or classic installed as well?

Just TBC and classic, its just a blank page with the catagories but nothing in them. Nothing happens, the little wheel spin for a couple second then nothing if I check for updates. tried 4.3.9 and 4.3.18 both the same, no actually zygor except the basic screen, I have the option button and it shows the catagories at the top but nothing else.

I uninstalled via windows add and remove programs, then installed the one you linked to me.
It is sad to say that nothing have changed at all.

Ok, that was not totally unexpected. With the client running please find the Z icon in the task bar tray near the date/time and right click on it. One of the options there should be logs. If you click that it should open the folder where all of the client logs are stored. Please find the log for today's date and put that into a zip file to post it here for us or you can send it in to support@zygorguides.com and I'll get it passed over to the dev team. Thanks for the extra help you've been providing.
