Zygor not showing in Addons for one of my Alts??

Hey guys

I have been using Zygor for well over a year now and its been fantastic but I am having an issue with one of my Alts. When I go into addons for this particular alt zygor doesnt even show up as an option....I use it daily for my other toons so something is wrong with this one. Any ideas? FYI this is in Classic TBC!

Is this the only toon on the Classic server? Are the rest on TBC?
