    Annoying message with guides not showing

    subscription: elite, active
    Zygor Client: 4.4.8
    WOW Classic Content: 1.0.25331
    Annoying message when I log in to wow classic on a pc. I have an active subscription with the client running and minimized to the system tray. I have automatic update active.
    I always get the message that my subscription is expired, with that when I log in, about 50% of the time my toon doesn't have access to any guides, I have to quit the game completely and re log back in. The guides are then usually there but the expired subscription message still shows up.


    Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

    Please try the following and see if it resolves the issue:

    1. Exit out of the game completely.
    2. Open the Zygor Guides Client. Click on "WoW Classic Content" to select it, then click the Repair button.
    3. When it finishes repairing, go back in the game and see if the issue is resolved.

      Tried the repair button after exiting completely out of the game. I also tried logging out of the Zygor client and then logging back in again. Still getting the message that my subscription has expired with the guides not showing up on some of my tunes.

        Try doing a guide reinstall.

        1. exit WoW
        2. go to the WoW/_classic_era_/Interface/Addons folder and delete any Zygor folders
        3. run the desktop client and install a fresh copy of the guides
        4. go back in game to test and see if that fixed it

          Tried that, same problem. I finally removed everything, downloaded the client and started from scratch. Located the three games. Logged back in. Everything seems to be working now. I may have had something in the settings wrong. Thanks for your help.
