Zygor Guide Updater Client not remembering my realms

    Zygor Guide Updater Client not remembering my realms

    Every time I loaded up the Zygor Guide Updater Client, against the WoW Retail Gold Trend Data, it shows N/A for Installed & Latest even tho I have setup the realms I play on in Settings.

    I have to go back into Setting, then click Detect Realms and set Thunderhorn & Wildhammer both to EU, then it sees that the data is installed and just need updating.

    Closing the client and reloading it and I have to do this all over against.

    This only started happening with the most recent update to the Updater Client.

    Try uninstalling the client with the normal Windows uninstall tool and then reinstall a fresh copy of the client to see if that fixes it for you.

      This has seems to have fixed the issue, but will monitor for a few days to be sure that the issue is fixed.

        This has started occurring again.

        Uninstalling and reinstalling client fixes it for only a few days, before the issue reoccurs.

        Looks like a bug in the client somewhere.

          Do you shut down the client every day or do you let it run in the background? Computer always on 24/7 or regular shut down schedule?

            I shut down my PC regularly as it's never on 24/7 and I do shut down the client after I have used it to update everything that needs updating on a once a day schedule (client doesn't load with windows, only when I double click it's icon. i prefer this setup, as it minimizes what is loaded when I boot PC).

              Try right clicking your desktop shortcut and select Properties at the bottom. Then in the Compatability tab check the box to run the desktop app as an admin. That might fix the issue for you.
