Can't get TBC Classic to Lod

Its downloading to about 6 mb and crashes saying it can't find the updatel

Try right clicking on the small Z icon in the task bar tray near the date/time and select Exit. Then use the desktop shortcut to restart the client.

No luck. Still gets to 6 mb and tells me can't get the update from the server.

Ok, that sounds like there might be some issue in the connection between you and the file server. If you use a VPN please try changing the location you are connecting from. That will change the path to our file server and should route around any bad hops in the connection.

I'm not using VPN. I did stop the installation a couple of times because it was downloading so slowly. Could I have created something that needs to be deleted? It did get past 6 mb this am but still did not finish
Other updates work normally.

I can only think of if something with your Mac security settings is messing with the app. Worst case scenario you can always grab the manual install file (https://zygorguides.com/support/manual/manualinstall) and extract that to your WoW/_classic_/Interface/Addons folder.
