I own all of the guides up to WoD. Why aren't any of these loading?

I purchased all of the guides when you could buy them individually. Why aren't they working now?

Any guides you purchased in the past were for the retail version of the game (currently Shadowlands) and will still work on those retail servers. The classic servers and guides are a separate product and only available with an active elite subscription.
