still on basic after payment

i dont know it is about time difference or something else but in website i am considered as elite subcriber but in client i am still in basic somehow how can i fix that?

When you look at the desktop app what username do you see on the left side?

I have a similar issue, but the client says I have 31 days left on Elite, while the in-game app won't let me access the Elite content.

EDIT: just got in contact with the support chat and got help there. Just reinstalled and it works.
