cant change payment method

Hi i have emailed you around a week ago regarding that i want to change my payment method and have not heard back from you guys, do i really need to cancel my account just to start it again ? love the guide but support is not the best.

I answer all emails within 24 hours (normally much faster) and your email had a reply sent out 23 minutes after your email arrived on Oct. 31. Here is a copy of the reply I sent, please double check your spam folders.

"Our system can't handle a change between credit cards and PayPal on an active subscription. What I can do (if you want) is I can cancel out the current subscription and then clear out the billing information. This would allow you to start a new subscription with the payment method of your choice after your current paid time expires. Does that work for you?"

Since I have exactly the same problem, I would appericate if my PayPal Billing Information could get cleared out.
I didn't wanted to start a new Thread for the same problem.

Since you have an active subscription the same response applies to you.

Ok, I have cancelled out your current subscription. It should be showing as Cancellation Pending in the Members area. When that changes to show your status as Basic or Trial then you will be able to start a new subscription with the new payment method.
