Standalone Guides not working WOTLK Classic

Hello, I'm trying to use my guides that I bought for Vanilla-MOP in WOTLK classic; but I am only getting trials of these guides. I have already tried the delete and reinstall trick! I've only just returned for WOTLK classic and would like to use my content! Help!

Any guides you purchased in the past were for the retail version of the game (currently Shadowlands) and will still work on those retail servers. The classic servers and guides are a separate product and only available with an active elite subscription.

That is super disappointing, since the guides and implementation are virtually identical to what I purchased originally I would expect them to work in classic…
