    Billing

    I received an email saying my account update was successful and then right after, another email for my invoice which was almost 2x my normal bill. I made no changes to my account. Can you please let me know the reason for the increase? I am unable to submit a support ticket for some reason.

    That sometimes happens when there is a past due sub that has the loyalty discount. Fixed and credit added to the account.

      I don't think anything was past due? I received a "Payment Received" email the same date last month and all the months before for my normal price. Thank you for the correction.
