O.K. So I am to pay $9.99 But was billed on my card. $14.08! How did it go from $9.99 to $14.08?? That is way to much for this product!!! I am already paying $21.83 To play the game and now another $14.08?? WTF????? That's $35.91 a month!!!! Really Ref???? There is something up with this!! What does everyone else pay for this underrated software?? even with our tax that would make it $11.00.. Besides no where on the site does it say Taxes!!!

All prices on our website are in USD. What you are seeing is simply the currency conversion. Right now $10 USD is roughly $13.52 CAD. I do not know what the conversion rate was when you started the subscription but since it was a couple weeks ago I'm guessing at that time it was roughly $10 USD > $14 CAD. Also, looking at your invoice I see no taxes added so there were no additional charges, just the normal $9.99 charge. That means any extra was purely due to the currency conversion rate at that time. Also, I answered this question for you yesterday via email when you left a ticket asking about it. Please check your spam folders if you did not get it.
